2. App Purpose
WeatherCast Pro provides weather, radar, map, saved-location, forecast, and related visual tools. Weather and radar information may come from third-party providers and may not always be complete, current, or accurate.
3. Weather Disclaimer
WeatherCast Pro is for general informational purposes only. Do not rely on the app as your only source for severe weather, emergency, aviation, marine, travel, life-safety, or property-safety decisions. Always follow official alerts, emergency instructions, and local authorities.
4. Accounts
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials and account activity.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
WeatherCast Pro may offer premium subscriptions that unlock features such as an ad-free experience and premium weather tools. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed through the app store where you purchased the subscription, such as Google Play or Apple App Store.
- Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through your app store account settings.
- Prices and features may vary by country, store, and promotional offer.
- Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but generally does not provide a refund for the current billing period unless required by the app store or applicable law.
6. Ads
The free version may display advertisements. Premium users may receive an ad-free app experience while their subscription is active.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with app operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts of the app, or use the app in a way that violates laws or rights of others.
8. Third-Party Services
WeatherCast Pro may use third-party services for maps, weather/radar data, authentication, cloud sync, advertising, analytics, and billing. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or policies.
9. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeatherCast Pro and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or losses arising from reliance on weather data or app availability.
